As one of our batchmates (Eileen) mentioned, its Half-Time. Half time as our first term comes to an end and the final term begins. It’s the juncture of mixed feelings – a feeling of joy for the term that ended, for the learnings, for the efforts that went in, for the team we were all part of. And its the juncture of a new start – a new beginning that will last till the end, a new term, A new Team bringing in a new experience and new excitement.

<- This is the awesome team i have been working with in last term. We will all miss each other for sure in our studies and group work, for the camaraderie that we had – but the team will remain forever. And trust me, this is the same feeling across all other groups/teams for the joint efforts that was put throughout the term.

But i’am, and also rest of us, are all happy with the new colleagues and the new group and also for the challenge of working with two groups at the same time in this term.

A team can change mid way in work life and there is a need for each individual to come in terms with it quickly and adapt to it.  This mode of changing teams midway in our MBA and to start working with a new team by making all the adjustments to meet the dynamics of the new team is a great learning for our future in the corporate world.  It will definitely help us all to be more dynamic and be ready for any change in work environment and eventualities  in future.

It has been an Awesome ride all the while, and its start of a fresh ride for all of us… An another exciting half to cross… 🙂
