I am Greek Egyptian; I was born and grew up in Alexandria Egypt. I graduated from Law School and then moved to Athens Greece and started my professional career in Credit Lyonnais Bank.

After seven years in the bank, I had the opportunity to start my own franchise business in Computer learning and at the same time do a part-time MBA in a British University to expand my knowledge as an entrepreneur.

At the moment I work for a Shipping company in the commercial department as a consultant for the Middle East region.

Due to my passion for sports, I stared my Master in Sports Management in order to acquire the needed skills to switch in the sports business.

Alongside playing and watching football and going to the gym, I enjoy arts (theatre, cinema, and visiting museums), travel and spend time with family and friends.

Our second face to face in London

Last month and for one week we visited London for our second face to face. It was a very interesting experience for several reasons.
First of all it was a good occasion to meet again with all my co-students/friends. We had great time together and enjoyed our classes and visits. Unfortunately, Ricardo and Talavou could not make it to London and we missed them a lot!!
Secondly, we visited some world class athletic institutions and Clubs (Chelsea F.C, Wimbledon, Lord’s Cricket Club, Pentland and Octagon). In these visits we had the opportunity to meet with the responsible managers, who presented to us how these places are run and what challenges they do face. I think it was a unique experience for all of us!!
Thirdly, London is an exciting place to visit, with many sightseeing. But even though we did not have much free time to make the tour of London, we managed to go to some nice bars and have a drink or two…
On our last night in London, we had dinner with our professors (Maria and John) and the Directors of the program (Antonio, Gaby and Elena) in a nice restaurant. We had very good time with them, and are all responsible for the success of this week in London.
Now is time for summer holidays to relax and refill our batteries, and get ready for our second semester.
Talk to you soon!!
